Group Leaders Workshops
To
help grow our Home Groups we are asking Mike Law, of the Christian
Resource Centre and author of one of Scripture Union's Multi-sensory
series, to
run a
workshop for us. We are blessed with healthy groups, but we believe that
there
is need to form new ones (care home, daytime, short term, different day,
etc).
For this we need people willing and able to lead them or relieve
experienced leaders to do so.
If you
are an existing leader or have lead in the past, you are invited to come
along
and be encouraged and share your experience. If you would like to
know
what leading a Home Group entails, then please sign-up. Mike Law will
provide some input but can also share our experiences. The workshops are
currently planned for the mornings of Saturday April 28th and May 5th.

Audio
Recording - Graham's Sermons and more!
We
have started recording our 10:30am service at St Andrew's and are making
selected items available via our website www.bucklandchurch.com . When
you
make your selection from the website it takes some time to download and
there
is no indicator to show it is happening, so please be patient. We can
only
make some of the service available online due to copyright.
It may
be possible to make a CD of the service available. We would have to
charge
for the audio CD's to cover costs only. Do you know house bound or
elderly folk who would appreciate a CD popped through their door or a
short
visit
to drop one off? RSVP

Children's Activity
We enjoy having the
children for the beginning of the service to join in some
of the songs and a short
talk. They can then go across to the school where
there is a crθche for 0-3s
and supervised play for 3-8s.
Next week is our family
service. The children stay with us for the whole
service and are encouraged
to take part in the talk and songs. There are
plenty of books, colouring
sheets and puzzles at the back of the church for all
